Because of its flexibility, ER can be adopted by various learners regardless of their age, occupation, language learning experience, and proficiency. Even those who have long since graduated from high school and university can restart learning English through ER without any hesitation. In order to promote ER as a tool for lifelong learning, the role of public libraries should be considered. It is necessary to provide ER practitioners with appropriate information and enough books through public libraries in each community.
