REVIEW","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"近年、花粉症や食物アレルギーの患者が増加し、症状も重篤化していると言われ、\nこの要因の一つに、環境汚染物質の関与が考えられている。本研究では、汚染物質と\nして、多環芳香族炭化水素(PAHs) とそのハロゲン化物に注目し、中でも、\nbenzo[a]pyrene(BaP)、benz[a]anthracene(BaA)、phenanthrene(Phe)とその\nハロゲン化物を用いて、アレルギーに関与する肥満細胞の増殖能にどのような影響を\n及ぼすか調べた。また、これらの作用を抑制するような物質の探索も試みた。BaP、\nClBaP、BrBaP では、低濃度で細胞増殖を促進する傾向が認められた。ここに\nEpigallocatechin gallate(EGCG)を3 × 10-5 M で複合曝露すると、その効果は抑\n制された。また、松葉にも抑制作用が認められた。BaA、ClBaA、BrBaA では、増\n殖の促進は認められず、Phe 及びそのハロゲン化物では、増殖を促進した。したがっ\nて、PAHs には、肥満細胞の増殖を促進するものもあり、アレルギーの重篤化に関与\nする可能性も考えられた。また、この作用をEGCG
