米国企業を対象とした実証研究において、企業の事業多角化の利点は、企業内で物的な資本の配分だけでなく、人的\n資本の配分(内部労働市場)もできることにある、という研究結果が報告されるようになった。本稿は、日本の電気機\n械産業に属する企業を対象として、内部労働市場における人的資本の配分の効率性を実証的に分析した。\n
